Moyea HD Video Converter

Moyea HD Video Converter is a very complete video converter. It is one of those video converters that can open almost any file, regardless of the format, and convert it to a variety of other formats.

Although it is branded as an HD converter, there are more standard-definition conversion profiles than high-definition ones. This might not sound like a big deal, but most converters don't offer any explanations when a file fails to convert, some even crash and don't let you know what's wrong. I found out that this converter keeps a log of every conversion tasks, and even though not a single time did the application crash on me, I considered this to be a good feature to have.

In terms of design, there really isn't anything innovative here. The user interface is easy on the eye, simple, and functional. There is a video player, support for batch operations and a little video editor.

Moyeah HD Video Converter performed well in my testing. I was able to convert a sample AVI file into an MKV file with no problems. One thing that I noticed and I did not like is that you can't assign different conversion profiles to different files in your queue. All of them seem to be converted to the same profile.
